The Film & Television Program

The Film & Television Program prepares students to create, to produce, and to understand the art and business of film and television. It sustains excellence in the teaching of creative expression, aesthetic appreciation, practical knowledge, and scholarship of film, television, related media and their relationships to other arts. The Program provides professional preparation in the art of filmmaking, as well as preparing students for scholarly activity in media arts. It encourages interdisciplinary teaching and research within the College of Fine Arts and promotes public understanding of media through outreach in Arizona and the Southwest.
