Magic Hour is a free screening of short fiction films made by students in the University of Arizona’s School of Theatre, Film & Television.
They will all premiere at the Marroney Theatre on May 14 at 6p and 8p.
The second screening will be followed by a short Q&A with the filmmakers.
At TFTV, both “Magic Hour” and “I Dream in Widescreen” are showcases for student fiction films, but they differ in their focus. “Magic Hour” features short fiction films by both BFA and BA students, while “I Dream in Widescreen” is specifically dedicated to unveiling the senior thesis films by the graduating BFA class.
