“My favorite part about cooking is not only decorating and showcasing nature as art, but expressing love from food and spreading happiness throughout. I plan to continue growing the respect for the cultural world behind what we eat, the diverse story we learn and share, and spread love to the community. When you eat, you are taking in natural resources and the hard work of the farmers, bees, harvesters and others who got the food to your plate. I enjoy experiencing different cultural foods, seeing beautiful smiles on everyone’s faces, and hope to continue to spread appreciation and the gratitudes of art culture, our culture.”
Chef Gusteau’s famous motto: “Anyone can cook. But I realize, only now do I truly understand what he meant. Not everyone can become a great artist, but a great artist can come from anywhere. “ — from Disney’s “Ratatouille”
