MAP – Mentoring in the Arts Professions
Mentoring in the Arts Professions, or MAP, expresses Arizona Arts’ commitment to students’ thriving while at The University of Arizona and continued success after they graduate.
About MAP
What does it look like to create an artful life and career? How do creatives from underrepresented backgrounds make their way and thrive in arts industries? How can the skills and abilities learned as an arts major be leveraged to find success in other occupations?
MAP events are informal opportunities for students learn, connect, and be inspired by creatives of diverse backgrounds and talents–makers, performers, scholars, activists, and educators. MAP is presented in partnership with Racial Justice Studio.
